We will not close your account if an issue of nonpayment exists, legal activity is occurring or expected to occur, or for another similar reason.

We attempt to limit access to our searchable resume database to only registered users, including employers and our JobJoiner System Administrators, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but we cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use made of resumes by third parties who wrongfully access resumes while they are in our searchable database. Employers who have access to our database or obtain a copy of that database, or any information contained in that database, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes in these instances.

4. Access and Other Data Subject Rights.

a. Use of Cookies
