You can correct, edit, delete, or update your resume at any time, from the online database, except that Job Joiner will maintain an archival copy, which is not accessible from Job Joiner’s website. You also may request corrections, additions, or removal of your resume, and request that your account be closed by contacting us through the information provided in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy: “Contact Us”. We will not close your account if an issue of nonpayment exists, legal activity is occurring or expected to occur, or for another similar reason.
3. How Information is Used and Disclosed.
JobJoiner does not disclose to third parties personally identifiable information that is provided, except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as fulfilling information requests from potential employers, and to those who may be engaged by us specifically to handle and deliver the online services. You can either (a) store your resume in our database, but not allow it to be searchable by potential employers (i.e., employers will not have access to search it through our web site); or (b) allow your resume to be searchable (i.e., all parties with access to our searchable resume database will have access to your resume.
We attempt to limit access to our searchable resume database to only registered users, including employers and our JobJoiner System Administrators, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but we cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We protect our databases through encryption and other security, and will comply with data protection, disclosure, and notification legal requirements of the United States. We are not responsible for the use made of resumes by third parties who wrongfully access resumes while they are in our searchable database. Employers who have access to our database or obtain a copy of that database, or any information contained in that database, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes in these instances.
4. Access and Other Data Subject Rights.
a. Use of Cookies

You may not useJobJoiner's web site to send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation that are outside the scope of the intended use of the web site.
